July 7, 2026
Joint solution helps media and entertainment organizations preserve valuable content with predictable archive costs, Amazon S3-compatible workflows, and long-term durability.
Geyser Data, a provider of modern cold data archiving, and Telestream, a leading provider of media workflow automation, processing, and distribution solutions, today announced that Geyser Data Cold Data Cloud Buckets are now supported by Telestream DIVA.
The joint support gives media and entertainment organizations a simple, cost-effective way to extend Telestream DIVA archive workflows to Geyser Data Buckets for long-term content preservation, predictable storage economics, and reliable access to critical media assets.
Geyser Data provides Buckets for Cold Data Archiving. Geyser Data Buckets are Amazon S3-compatible and designed for predictable retention, long-term durability, and cost control. For media teams managing film, television, sports, broadcast, post-production, corporate video, and creative archives, Geyser Data helps preserve valuable content without hidden retrieval fees, complex infrastructure, or unpredictable long-term storage costs.
Telestream DIVA is a high-performance archive management platform designed to securely manage media across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. DIVA provides intelligent content management, archive and restore workflows, lifecycle policies, metadata-driven search, and support for media supply chain systems. DIVA also supports cloud, on-premises, and hybrid production ecosystems and integrates with MAM, PAM, and automation systems to enhance media workflows.
Together, Geyser Data and Telestream help media organizations scale from projects to petabytes while maintaining trusted DIVA workflows and gaining a durable, Amazon S3-compatible cold archive destination.
"Organizations are creating and preserving more content than ever, from high-resolution production footage to finished programming and historical archives," said Nelson Nahum, CEO of Geyser Data. "By supporting Telestream DIVA, customers can keep using the archive workflows they trust while gaining predictable, low-cost cold data archiving built for long-term media preservation."
"DIVA is built to help media organizations manage, protect, and access critical content across complex storage environments," said Alan Dabul, Telestream’s group product manager. "Support for Geyser Data gives DIVA customers another strong option for long-term archive storage while preserving workflow flexibility and control. It also helps our customers avoid the exorbitant access and egress fees often charged by hyperscalers, making long-term content preservation more predictable and affordable."
Support for Geyser Data is available in Telestream DIVA 9.8.1 and referenced in the Telestream DIVA release notes.
