Geyser and OCI
Oracle Cloud works with Geyser Data by using the Geyser Cold Data Cloud as a target for long-term backup and archive storage. Backup data, database exports, and archived datasets generated within Oracle Cloud environments can be tiered or copied into Geyser using standard object storage workflows and S3-compatible access.
This approach allows organizations to move infrequently accessed data out of higher-cost cloud storage tiers while still maintaining secure, durable retention. Geyser’s predictable pricing model provides a practical alternative to traditional cloud archive options that may introduce complex pricing or high retrieval costs, while still integrating cleanly into existing Oracle Cloud workflows.
